Board meetings are held the first Monday of each month unless otherwise announced due to holidays etc. All members are welcome to attend. Summer meetings are held at the Capital City Horse and Pony Club grounds beginning at 7:00 p.m. Winter meetings will be announced via email or posted on the website and/or events calendar.
First Play Day
The 2012 Board Members will convene in January to schedule the calander for the 2012 show season to include dates for Playdays, Speed Series, 4D Barrels and Roping/Rodeo events. Please feel free to offer any dates you have for events you would like to add to the calendar. We would love your input!
Board Meeting
The March 2012 Board meeting will be held on Monday, March 5 at the shop of Mike Hula at 7:00 p.m. All members are welcome to attend and we look forward to seeing you! Please email pkbutterfield@windstream.net for address and directions if you are not aware of where Hulas live. Thanks.
Annual Year End Awards Night
The 2011 Annual Awards Banquet was held November 6, 2011 at the Davey Social Hall in Davey NE. Elections were made and new officers voted in. We had another very large turn out at this years banquet and look forward to a great 2011 show season!!!
